We are both farmers and after spending some time in the North West of Scotland breeding organic beef and lamb we decided to move closer to the equator out of the wind and weather! Now we have a small farm on a hill in Carmarthenshire where we farm with our horse and mule using the Cart Horse Machinery equipment we make [see linked site for details] and breed goats for the meat market.

We still have a lot to do on this place to improve pasture and divide the 10 ha of scrub woodland to rotate the browsing of the goats.

The gardens are under development and slowly we see where we are going.

Soon we will offer sweet and savory preserves to complement our goat meat or just to enjoy as a treat.

We will offer surplus plants from the ornamental garden as well as young vegetable plants.
